God Only Wise

God is faithful in blessing us for our needs. This doesn't mean that he always blesses us with what we want when we want them.  For unlike ours, God's timing is always perfect...

"The Lord is faithful to all his promises
and loving towards all he has made.
The Lord upholds all those who fall
and lifts up all who are bowed down. "

Immortal, invisible, God only wise,
In light inaccessible hid from our eyes,
Most blessèd, most glorious, the Ancient of Days,

Unresting, unhasting, and silent as light,
